Reply time: within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Central. Write on a Friday evening and you will usually hear back Monday or Tuesday.
Include your order number. It is in your confirmation email, and having it saves a round trip and a day.
These three come up most
- Where is my order? Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days, then take about 2 weeks in transit, tracked. Tracking goes quiet for stretches and that is normal. Full detail on Track Your Order.
- I want to return something. 30 days from delivery, full refund, opened and used is fine, and in most cases you do not mail anything back. Full detail on Shipping and Returns.
- Everything else. The FAQ covers sizing, the automatic bundle discount, damaged items, two parcels, and why shipping takes as long as it does.
