What is your return policy?
30-day no-questions-asked returns. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us a photo at support@reliablegoods.net and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received or your claim is approved, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products safe for dogs with sensitive skin?
Yes. Our grooming wipes are fragrance-free, alcohol-free, and baking-soda-free — specifically formulated for dogs with allergies or reactive skin. Our grooming tools use skin-safe materials that won't scratch or irritate.

How do I choose the right size for the Paw Cleaner Cup?
Small fits most dogs up to 30 lbs (paw width under 2 inches). Large fits most dogs 30 lbs and up. When in doubt, size up — the large works for a wider range of breeds.

How do I choose the right harness size?
Measure your dog's chest girth at the widest point just behind the front legs. S: 12–16 in | M: 16–22 in | L: 22–28 in | XL: 28–34 in. If between sizes, go one size up.

Do you restock sold-out products?
Yes. If a product or variant is out of stock, email us at support@reliablegoods.net and we'll let you know the restock timeline.
