Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. You'll receive a second notification once your order has shipped. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer — if there's a significant delay, we'll contact you by email.

Where We Ship
ReliableGoods currently ships within the United States only. We're working on adding international shipping — join our email list to be the first to know when it becomes available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is free on every order. Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days, though times may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please email support@reliablegoods.net and we'll be happy to help.
