All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times range from 5–12 business days, but may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


Domestic & International Shipping

ReliableGoods ships to customers both within the United States and internationally.

International shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
