30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@reliablegoods.net so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include tags and proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
