Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days for standard shipping to the US. Tracking is provided for all orders via email once your order ships.
Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
International orders: We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns & Refunds
We want you and your dog to love every product you receive from ReliableGoods. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day return policy: If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return:
- Email us at support@reliablegoods.net with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within 1 business day with next steps
- Once your return is received, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Just email us a photo and we'll take care of it immediately.
No questions asked: We don't require items to be returned in original packaging or unused. If it didn't work for you or your dog, that's enough.
